Proposed 6,500,000 square foot complex to be built in conjunction with a proposed relocation of the multi-nodal transportation center. The proposed complex will include housing, hotel, performing arts center, cruise ship docking, train connections, retail in several formats, gaming, and resort level recreation facilities including water park and yearround skating facilities.
